Its location just a short walk away from Plaka was marvellous.

Everything was perfect and the staff were very helpful. Our room was new-fashioned, elegant, with magnificent views, stunning view, for instance. The food was great and there were variety of dishes in the menu...

The decor of this place was really nice and everything just felt perfect. I especially liked the sea view, it was so beautiful. the location was super convenient, with Plaka being just a short distance away from here. the area where this venue is situated is just great! 🌊

The location is fantastic, facing the beautiful island of Spinalonga, and our room was modern with amazing views.

This resort is in a prime location, situated on a hilltop with stunning views of the sea. it is conveniently located super close to local restaurants and the hotel's private beach bar in Plaka beach, perfect for those who want to explore the local area. the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean, with each detail carefully considered. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning and the spa area is a nice bonus for those looking to relax and unwind.

Although the resort has a lot to offer, there could be more entertainment in the evenings for those who choose to stay on site.

The staff at Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The guest relation manager, Stefania, personally ensured that our special occasion was celebrated in style, organizing a private dinner that exceeded our expectations. The breakfast at Cayo was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options and attentive staff. We loved spending time by the grand pool and indulging in drinks from the pool bar. The resort also offered unique experiences such as a special meat dinner night and an olive oil tasting with a local expert. The Spinalonga beach, just a short walk away, provided a stunning backdrop for our relaxation, and the resort even provided complementary transport to and from the beach. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea, complete with a private pool, and the architecture of the resort was exceptional.

While Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa is a young hotel and still improving, the Maitre D, Guest Relations, and GM are dedicated to constantly enhancing the guest experience. Some minor suggestions we had included avoiding rooms close to the elevator/cable car, as they could be noisy and lacked privacy, as well as offering a set menu for dinner instead of a buffet.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with a clear view of the Mediterranean Sea from my room's balcony. The design of the hotel was also impressive, with clean and welcoming rooms, a beautiful lobby, and a modern style throughout. the staff were kind and attentive, always willing to assist in any way possible.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the location of the hotel was quite remote, which meant that it took a long time to reach other parts of the island.

We had a truly romantic escape at this hotel. the breathtaking views over the bay and the design of the hotel made us feel like we were in a dream. the ability to take a private cable car to our room and wake up to amazing views was something special. the staff made everything so easy and were always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. the spa treatments were one of the best we've experienced.

The location of the resort was a bit remote, requiring a longer drive to reach popular beaches and other parts of the island. Additionally, as a young hotel, Cayo Exclusive Resort And Spa is still improving and may not yet match the level of other 5-star or 4-star superior establishments.

The views were breathtaking and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the breakfast spread. the special themed dinner nights and beach area were highlights of the trip. The hotel is also well-kept and beautifully designed.

While the room was comfortable, the bathroom and shower area were too small. The location of the hotel was a bit remote and there could have been more dining and entertainment options available on site.

This hotel was one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in. the service was impeccable and the exclusive amenities were beyond compare. the private facilities were top-notch and the room advantages were definitely worth the price.

The only slight negative was that the location wasn't as convenient as I had hoped. the shuttle service provided by the hotel made up for it.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Plaka, Crete for 4 nights. I had an amazing experience at Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were private and clean, and the views were absolutely stunning. The gym was well-equipped, and the beach access was convenient. I also enjoyed the social and cultural events organized by the hotel, which provided a great opportunity to meet other guests. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
